A Family-Owned Business with Heart and Purpose
Alfa J. Services Termite & Pest Control is a family-owned and operated business established in 2007 by Jerry and Maria Marquina. Like many small business owners, Jerry dreamed of building something lasting a company that would not only prosper but also bring his family together through shared hard work and dedication.
When Jerry and Maria’s grandchildren were just 5 and 2 years old, they were diagnosed with autism. At that time, the future felt uncertain no one knew what opportunities might be available for them later in life. But rather than lose hope, the family came together even stronger. Their children joined forces with their parents, working long days and weekends to help the company grow and serve their community with integrity and care.
Seventeen years later, those same grandchildren have graduated and are now studying business, preparing to learn what it takes to run a pest control company. The goal has been always to give them and others like them the tools, confidence, and independence. Continuing the family tradition of hard work and service.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for our customers, team, and community. We’re more than a pest control company we’re your neighbors. Every day, we work to make our community better, from protecting properties from pests to volunteering and giving back. We aim to raise the bar in the pest control industry, focusing on helping people, solving problems, and creating safer, healthier environments.
At Alfa J. Services, we believe in creating opportunities for everyone. Our dream is to one day establish a nonprofit organization dedicated to training and employing individuals with disabilities teaching valuable, transferable skills such as customer service, and professional pest treatment.
